The laboratory of Research and Development/Quality Control is equipped with TQC Pendulum Hardness Tester, used in hardness testing, TQC Impact Tester for testing the resistance during impact, TQC Portable Precision Gloss Meter used in lab conditions and in production line, TQC Abrasion Scrub/Washability Tester for testing the coating’s wear, TQC Bend Test Conical Mandrel «Pro» for the determination of the coating’s elasticity and resilience, TQC Automatic Film Applicator for the application of coatings on testing panels. There is a Salt Spraying Chamber Tester, CW Specialist Equipment for the determination of the erosion of the materials, as well as Accelerated Weathering Test. Furthermore, there is a Surftest-Surface Roughness Measuring Tester, MITUTOYO for the evaluation of surface roughness. The equipment of NanoPhos S.A. laboratory is conformable with the CE European Standards.
